APU Spectrum Analyzer is a free tool for viewing the frequency content of live audio or an audio file. Choose an FFT size from 64 to 65,536 and a Rect, Hann, Hamming, Blackman, or Kaiser window.
View frequencies on a logarithmic, linear, or musical-note scale. Set the dB range yourself or let it adjust automatically. History length and bucket size are adjustable, and the bucket size can be changed independently of the FFT size.
Use histogram hold to inspect frequency content over a longer period, or save snapshots to compare signals.
System requirements: macOS 10.14 (x64, ARM), Windows 10 (x86, x64), OpenGL 3.2.
Supported software formats: Standalone application, VST, AU, AAX (Pro Tools 11+).
