Configure programme-loudness QC around the EBU R 128 -23 LUFS target with a -1 dBTP linear-production threshold and an Integrated primary view.

Required workflow
  1. Reset the meter at the start of the programme.
  2. Play the complete programme without resetting integration.
  3. Read final Integrated loudness, Loudness Range, and Maximum True Peak; then apply the destination broadcaster's own delivery limits.
