Tidal Target Reference

Basis: Working playback reference.

Tidal provides loudness-normalization controls but does not currently publish a numeric mastering requirement; -14 LUFS is a working playback reference. These checks validate the APU product recipes on deterministic stereo material; they do not certify platform or broadcaster acceptance.
